About

Emerald Custom Homes builds luxury custom homes across the Omaha metro. We take on a small number of clients each year so we stay involved in every decision, from lot selection through the final walkthrough. Our homes pair classic, timeless design with technology and building science that most builders treat as upgrades. Standard on an Emerald home: a pre-configured smart home hub with installed control tablet, whole-home wireless, security wiring, EV charging, energy recovery ventilation, whole-home dehumidification, air quality monitoring, reverse osmosis filtration, high-efficiency HVAC, fiberglass windows, spray foam insulation and Zip System sheathing. We build for people who intend to stay.
