Builders of single and multi-family residential units, commercial structures, general contractors, developers, or land developers. Any person, firm, or corporation that is in the business of building or remodeling. Memberships run on a calendar-year basis (January–December).

Any person, firm, or corporation engaged in a trade, service, industry, or profession aligned with the building industry.

This membership is available to real estate agents whose brokerage firm is currently enrolled as an active Associate member ($425 dues).  Real Estate members will have a personal directory listing.  Real estate members may also serve on the Associate's Council, and Professional Women’s Council and will receive MOBA’s weekly newsletter. Memberships run on a calendar-year basis (January–December).
